The TAKASU MOUNTAINS is a mega ski resort made up of *6 smaller resorts and five hotels that are located in the Takasu area of Gujo city. Take advantage of the special multi-resort lift pass and free shuttle buses that run between the various ski resorts and hotels; did we mention that the area is only a two-hour drive from Chubu Centrair International Airport in Nagoya?

Extended stays in the TAKASU MOUNTAINS are highly recommended as each ski resort has their own distinct flavor and surrounding mountain scenery. In addition to skiing or snowboarding, visitors can find other fun snow activities such as sledding, snowmobiling, snow-rafting, snowshoeing, and kamakura snow-hut building! For those with a bit more time, why not take a day trip to one of Gifu Prefecture’s many sightseeing attractions.
