Hirayu Onsen Ski Resort, nestled deep in the northern mountains of Gifu, is the perfect winter getaway! There are three courses and two lifts. The Family Slope is popular with beginners and families. The "Yunodaira" Course features steep 40-degree slopes, for intermediates. Lastly, The Giant Course, for advanced skiers, has 1.5 kilometers of hard slopes with a maximum of 38 degrees and an average of 26 degrees.
The restaurant on site, 'Ankiya' offers a variety of food, including delicious Hida Beef. In addition, one-day and half-day ski lift tickets can be used as hot spring tickets at the nearby Hirayu no Mori hot spring! Why not have fun on the slopes and then relax at Gifu's world-famous hot springs?
