Nohi Bus, one of the best ways to travel around Gifu Prefecture, has officially announced the 2026 Magome Tsumago Line!
Magome-juku Nakabashi Bridge in Takayama Gero Onsen
Operating from April 1st to November 30th, this route will connect three major destinations in Gifu Prefecture: Takayama, Gero Onsen, and Makome-juku. It’s perfect for planning an overnight stay or a smooth day trip!
Reservations for travel until September 30th are open now! For October and November travel, reservations will open from June 1st at noon! (Please note: Reservations for September are phone-only until June 1.)
Important Notes:
- Reservations are required to ride this bus.
- This service is exclusively for traveling from Takayama or Gero to Magome or Tsumago (or vice versa).
- For travel between Gero Onsen and Takayama, please use the Gero Onsen Line.
- For travel between Magome and Tsumago, please use the local bus connecting the two.
