Scenic boat rides this spring!

Leisurely float down the Suimon River in a hired boat!

Mid-March to mid-April is cherry blossom season! Now is your chance to ride a leisure boat down a river with cherry blossoms in full bloom?

This famous spot in Ogaki is only a 15-minute walk south of JR Ogaki Station. The Suimon river is exceptionally beautiful during the springtime thanks to hundred or so cherry trees that line the waterway.

Take this chance to board a relaxing boat ride down the canals while taking in the stunning springtime view in. The ride will take around 30 minutes, covering a distance of 1.1 km. Tarai boat rides (a circular tub-shaped boat) are available from late April to early May.
