Important announcements for those planning a trip up to Shinhotaka Ropeway over the next few weeks!
In order to ensure visitors’ ongoing safety, services of the No. 2 Ropeways are currently suspended until the 9th (Thur) November, and on the 29th (Wed) and 30th (Thur) so that maintenance can be carried out. Please note that No. 1 Ropeways are not suspended and are working as per normal.
A trip up to the Shinhotaka Ropeway is always a joy, with lots to take in from the superb view of Japan’s Northern Alps in every season to access to nature’s beauty at an altitude of over 2,000m, yummy specialty baked goods and so much more! Be sure to visit when the ropeways are up and running! It’ll definitely be worth the wait.
