We have some important news for those planning to make a trip up to Shinhotaka Ropeway over the next few months.
In order to ensure the ongoing safety of visitors to Shinhotaka Ropeway, services will be suspended from 8th May (Monday) to 9th August (Wednesday) to replace the supporting ropes of the No. 2 Ropeways, which includes the Shirakabadaira Station and Nishihotakaguchi Station areas.
A trip up to the Shinhotaka Ropeway is always a joy, what with the superb view for all seasons of Japan’s Northern Alps, access to nature’s beauty at an altitude of over 2,000m, yummy specialty baked goods and so much more! Be sure to make a visit sometime before or after the dates listed!
