Experience the magical celebration of spring in the heart of Japan’s traditional paper-making region. The highlight of the weekend is the parade of bright pink Mino Washi Hana Mikoshi (portable flower shrines). Stay until the evening to enjoy the Mino Nagashi Niwaka, a series of improvisational comedy skits.
