The Mino Washi Akari Art Festival is an annual art competition held in Mino City where paper-lantern art made with Mino Washi created by artists from all across Japan is exhibited in the city’s Udastsu Wall Historical District.
The event is split into two parts, with different displays available to be admired for almost two months! Definitely an event not to be missed!!
