Inspired by Japanese folklore, this unique event recreates the mysterious fox’s wedding, a legendary procession said to take place when rain falls on a sunny, clear day. According to folklore, clever foxes would create these sun showers to trick people into staying indoors while they held their secret wedding ceremonies.

Today, visitors can experience this magical story brought to life through a mystical procession with participants dressed as foxes and spectators donning fox face paint. The festivities continue throughout the day and into the evening, culminating in a breathtaking torchlit parade. It is even said that those who witness the fox wedding procession will be blessed with prosperity and safety!
